About Me
I’m an operations-focused technology and systems leader who specializes in building and governing reliable systems in regulated, high-consequence environments—places where failure isn’t theoretical and accountability matters.
I started my career on a full academic scholarship at the University of Central Florida, then made a deliberate pivot after September 11th to enter the U.S. Navy’s nuclear propulsion program. I completed the nuclear training pipeline with distinction and served in progressively senior technical and systems leadership roles across both submarine and aircraft carrier strike group operations, including time as a Nuclear IT Operations Manager.
That work required operating in unforgiving environments where systems integrity, judgment, and ownership were absolute—both at sea and in sensitive shore-based technical assignments supporting cross-agency operations.
After separating honorably from the Navy, I transitioned into civilian industry as a Senior Field Reliability Engineer for an ABB robotics partner, supporting highly regulated food and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations globally. I later moved into enterprise IT leadership as the Corporate IT Manager, effectively the CTO, for a multi-office civil engineering firm, leading infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, and operational continuity for roughly 250 employees.
Most recently, I’ve focused on maintenance and reliability systems enablement in manufacturing, turning an underutilized CMMS investment into a governed, data-driven operating system for maintenance planning, execution, and analysis—shifting operations from reactive response to reliability-informed decision-making.
I do my best work in roles that combine technical depth with real operational authority, bridging IT, OT, and executive leadership to deliver resilient, outcome-driven systems.
Please note: This site is a live, evolving platform-level artifact. It was built and deployed end-to-end to demonstrate capabilities, not just describe them.

Core Leadership Capabilities
My leadership style isn’t authoritative direction or prescriptive design.
It’s experiential transfer - sharing what I’ve personally done, why decisions were made,
what sequencing mattered, and where mistakes were costly. I offer clarity, context, and
assistance, based on my own experiences - so that projects can move forward with fewer
operational blind spots and on materially stronger footing.
Security, Compliance & Risk Management
Owned security and compliance posture in regulated and high-consequence environments, aligning operational systems with NIST, DISA STIG, and enterprise risk management frameworks.
IT Strategy & Infrastructure Operations
Directed end-to-end enterprise infrastructure strategy, translating business and operational requirements into scalable, governed platforms across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
Cloud & Hybrid Platforms
Designed and operated hybrid cloud architectures integrating on-prem enterprise systems with Microsoft 365, Azure compute, identity, networking, and governance services.
Industrial & Operational Technology
Bridged IT and OT domains, supporting manufacturing, instrumentation, and operational systems where availability, safety, and data integrity are mission-critical.
Reliability, Maintenance & Asset Systems
Led reliability-focused system design and CMMS optimization to improve asset visibility, maintenance execution, and operational uptime in industrial environments.
Vendor, Budget & Stakeholder Management
Managed vendors, budgets, and executive stakeholders to deliver technology outcomes with clear accountability, fiscal discipline, and measurable operational value.
